25% non refundable deposit is required on booking.
Balance to be received six weeks prior to arrival.
Payment to be in GB Pounds by cheque drawn on a UK bank, or in Euros by cheque drawn on a French bank. Alternatively, payment may be made in cash.
Arrival normally after 15h00 (3:00p.m.) Saturday
Departure by 11h00 (11:00a.m.) Saturday – although other times and days may be accommodated upon request.
Children are welcome. Pets are not. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
All breakages are to be paid for.
Cleaning materials are provided, and it is expected that you will leave the property in the condition you found it on arrival.
